Go to Run Window or pressing "Windows key+R" on
the keyboard makes your work easier...;)
Then type "msconfig" and a popup window appears.
Then go to startup tab in that popup window,which is the list of all startup programs available.
You can change the startup programs by just selecting the program and click on the leftmost box that appears before every program name.
You are done...:)
